# nevia access set

> Change a principal's role, name or description

`nevia access set [FLAGS] <WHO>`

Name and description apply to private-key principals only.

### Arguments

* `<WHO>` - Email or principal ID

### Options

* `--role <ROLE>` - New role (private keys cannot be admin)

  **Choices:** `admin`, `editor`, `viewer`
* `--name <NAME>` - New name (private-key principals only)
* `--description <TEXT>` - New description of a private-key principal (empty clears it)
* `-h, --help` - Print help
