# nevia secrets unset

`nevia secrets unset <NAME>…`

* **Effect:** destructive - may delete or irreversibly overwrite

Running processes keep the value, so revoke the credential at its source too. The next exec on a computer whose env references the secret fails.

### Arguments

* `<NAME>…` - Names to delete
