# nevia workspace rm

> Delete an empty workspace

`nevia workspace rm [--wait] [--timeout <DURATION>] [WS]`

* **Effect:** destructive - may delete or irreversibly overwrite

Remove its computers and databases first; until then it fails with exit 5. Clears your saved default workspace if it names this one.

### Arguments

* `[WS]` - Workspace ID or name (the selected workspace if omitted)

### Options

* `--wait` - Wait for the operation to finish, then print the final state. With --json, prints `{<noun>, operation, operations}`
* `--timeout <DURATION>` - How long --wait waits before exiting 6 (e.g. 10m, 300s)

  **Default:** `10m`
* `-h, --help` - Print help
